达飞轮船宣布，自2015年12月1日(以提单日为准)起，由亚洲(including Japan, Southeast Asia and Bangladesh)出口至北欧(including UK and the full range from Portugal to Russia)航线所有货物上调综合费率GRR，具体如下：
